Xponent Pearl features the ever popular Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric core. The low RG/medium diff. weight block helps the ball rev up faster while providing a continuous motion downlane.

Wrapped in the Reserve Blend 702 pearl reactive coverstock and finished with Reacta Gloss, Xponent Pearl will provide extra length and predictability on medium to dry lanes.

The XPonent Pearl will expand upon the performance in the 700 Series by offering a great medium-light oil option. The Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric Core will give the bowler an early revving and controllable shape. Strengths

The Xponent Pearl was very versatile when it had enough friction on the lane surface. All three bowlers could play multiple angles both on the fresh and as the patterns broke down.

Weaknesses

This ball was not designed for heavy oil, and that is the only pattern where our testers struggled with it. There are better options from 900 Global to handle slick conditions that cause this ball to skid too far down the lane.

The Xponent Pearl takes the Shrapnel 2.0 Symmetric core from the original Xponent and surrounds it with a pearlized version of the Reserve Blend 702 coverstock. With its polished box finish, it provides a lot of versatility for medium and drier conditions.
