Create an Account

To create a new user account, follows these quick and easy steps:

First, click the "Login" link on the top right corner of the website.
There will be "Register" button, proceed to click that.
Once in the Registering page, click on the create an account link.
Once you finish filling out the form, click the "Register" button at the end. This will take to to a finished page.

Be sure to check you inbox and spam folder in the email you have used to register to confirm your account

A bowlingshopeurope.eu account is not necessary to purchase any bowling equipment from us. However, an account is needed for a couple of things on our website:

  • Writing product reviews
  • Voting on Review
  • checking order status

We will be expanding the usefulness of an account over time.


How to Retrieve Your Password

Did you forget your password? No problem, click here and choose forgot your password in the "registered customers" block. Then enter the e-mail address you used and you will automatically receive an e-mail from the system containing a link to change your password. (also check your spam box, sometimes the mail ends up there) 


Where's My Stuff?

You may check your order status 24 hours a day online at http://www.bowlingshopeurpe.eu. Log in and click on the button MyAccount on the top right of the site.

If you have forgotten your password, just click on forgot password, enter your email address and click on "Submit"

When will My Order Ship?
BowlingShopEurpe.eu is passionate about filling customer orders.  We constantly print new orders and ship as quickly as we can while maintaining accuracy.

The shipping time depends on the delivery time of the product you ordered. for example: if you order 2 products, 1 product has a delivery time of 3-5 days and 1 product has a delivery time of 3-4 weeks, then the entire order will be send after 3-4 weeks.

 


Change your account

To make changes to your account, click on login at the top right of the website, then you will see a new menu on the left where you can make the changes. If you are already logged in, click on my account at the top right of the website and choose drill dashboard.


B2B account

When you register as a company, a valid VAT number is required. If you then have products shipped outside the Netherlands but within Europe, no VAT will be charged.

Sales Tax explained

All products have a sales price including sales tax. Due to the new European tax legislation, we have to calculate a tax rate per 1-7-2021 that applies in the country to which the order has to be sent. This means that a correction can be made after you have entered your shipping address.

We would like to remain transparent and this does not make it any easier, so we have decided to include the sales price as a basis of 25% VAT and the final price is usually lower.

Example:
The product costs €125, so of this is €25 VAT and the price of the product without VAT is €100.

For example, if you have this product shipped to Germany, this product will be taxed with 19% VAT, so that the final price including VAT is €119. (so €8 cheaper than indicated in the shop)
