The Hellcat XLR8 and Hater are both made for oil, but the Hater will respond more on the backend for a better angle and more strikes!

Strengths
The Hater provides large hook with good continuation at the back end on medium to heavier oil conditions. The dull box finish likes oil and fresher conditions, but it also provides better-than-expected performance as the lanes break down.

Weaknesses
The Hater provides too much hook for drier patterns. Even adjusting the surface and adding polish wasn't enough to be an improvement over other options that are better suited for these conditions.
