What information do we collect?
We collect information from you when you register on our site, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, respond to a survey or fill out a form.
Any data we request that is not required will be specified as voluntary or optional.
When ordering or registering on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number or credit card information. You may, however, visit our site anonymously.
Google, as a third party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on your site. Google's use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to your users based on their visit to your sites and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google ad and content network privacy policy.
What do we use your information for?

How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you submit a request, place an order or access your personal information.
These security measures include: password protected directories and databases to safeguard your information, SSL (Secure Sockets Layered) technology to ensure that your information is fully encrypted and sent across the Internet securely, PCI Scanning to actively protect our servers from hackers and other vulnerabilities or Encrypted database fields to protect our customers from hackers and other vulnerabilities.
We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Database to be only accessed by those authorized with special access rights to our systems, and are required to keep the information confidential.
After a transaction, your private information (credit cards, social security numbers, financials, etc.) will not be stored on our servers.
Do we use cookies?
Yes (Cookies are small files that a site or its service provider transfers to your computers hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) that enables the sites or service providers systems to recognize your browser and capture and remember certain information.
Do we disclose any information to outside parties?
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. For us, security is the most important thing. Through rigorous security controls, secure data storage, staff screening and compliance with any regulation, we can ensure the security, stability and reliability of our payment platform.
Ultimate data protection
All data we process, yours and that of your customers, is guaranteed to be stored on Dutch servers. Our servers are located in extremely secure data centers, supervised by our specialized NOC team.
Secure internet payments
We comply with all guidelines for the security of internet payments, drawn up by the European Banking Authority. We also receive permanent supervision from De Nederlandsche Bank. Mollie can be found in dnb 's register of payment institutions.
Three lines of defence
We guarantee that our internal processes will be tested and controlled using a Three Lines of Defence model (3LoD). This means that we employ independent Compliance and Audit officers who monitor the safety and efficiency of our internal processes.
Encrypted card data
We are fully PCI-DSS level 1 certified. A model of the security we use for the data of our customers and consumers.
Warranty period
All products are supplied by us with a warranty period of at least 12 months. For some products, the warranty period is longer than 12 months. In most cases this is stated on the product page.

Who do I have a warranty with?
If a product unexpectedly breaks, you always have to deal with us. We will arrange everything with our suppliers and will replace or repair the product as soon as possible.
In some cases it is possible that the product is no longer available. In these cases, the product will be replaced by an equivalent alternative in consultation with the customer.
Warranty procedure
If you are dealing with a defective product, you should always contact us first. Based on the product in question, we can in most cases immediately give an indication of the further processing and the associated lead time.
Never return defective products without prior notification. Always have the original order number to hand when reporting defects.
Warranty Bowlingballs
Storm, Roto Grip and 900 Global bowlingball Warranty
Storm prides itself on manufacturing the highest quality bowling balls in the industry today and warrants them to be free of defective workmanship and/or materials when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions and provided they have been cared for properly. All merchandise
covered under this warranty must be returned, with a sales slip showing date of purchase, to the dealer from whom it was purchased. This warranty does not cover incidental costs including, but not limited to, freight, measuring, and drilling. Storm Products agrees to replace this ball if at any time during the warranty period it is found to be defective in material and/or workmanship. Storm Products shall for no reason be responsible for any damage caused by the following:
- Ball plugging or the installation of inserts for the fingers and/or thumb
- The width of the bridge being less than 1/4”
- A bridge that has been weakened by holes that intersect or by insufficient lateral pitches
- A minimum 3/4” difference in lateral pitches must be used
- Holes lacking sufficient bevel
- The distance between any hole and the pin being less than 1”
- Damage caused by pinsetters ball return systems, gutter and/or lanes
- Bowler abuse
- Exposure to extreme temperatures (above 140°F or below 40°F)

We take great pride in the quality and performance of MOTIV® bowling balls, and we offer a limited warranty on new MOTIV® bowling balls for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. This limited warranty is valid and extends to the original purchaser only. In order to be eligible for this limited warranty, MOTIV® bowling balls must be registered with MOTIV®.1 Failure by the original purchaser to properly register the ball within ninety (90) days from the date of purchase will cause the warranty to not be valid or effective, so please click here to register the new ball online. What will MOTIV® do for the Limited Warranty?
During the one (1) year limited warranty period, MOTIV® will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any bowling ball that is found by MOTIV® to be defective in material or workmanship, and this shall constitute the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy and recovery under this limited warranty (or under any other possible means of remedy or recovery). MOTIV® does not authorize any person or entity to assume for it any obligation, duty, responsibility, or liability in connection with the repair or replacement of the product. Any ball the purchaser believes may be defective should be immediately returned to the retailer from which it was purchased for examination, and the retailer should then contact MOTIV®. If returning the ball to the place of purchase is not possible, then you may contact MOTIV® directly to receive information on evaluation and potential replacement or repair (as applicable) of the ball. See the “How do you get service?” paragraph below for details.
What is covered by this Limited Warranty?
This limited warranty applies to your new MOTIV® bowling ball. It covers all external defects appearing in your MOTIV® bowling ball cover stock, excluding those non-warranty instances listed in the “What Is Not Covered By this Limited Warranty” paragraph below. Defects that this limited warranty covers are: Bridge cracks where the bridge gap is greater than or equal to 1/4 inch; warping; cracking; delamination; and splitting; other select defects or situations may be included at MOTIV®’s sole discretion.
What is not covered by this Limited Warranty?
Limited warranty coverage terminates immediately without notice if the original purchaser sells or otherwise transfers the ball. All manufacturer labeling, specifications, claims, and statements regarding this ball are provided, made available, and sold “as is” at the moment of original consumer purchase.
MOTIV® Bowling (which includes, without limitation, any of its parent, subsidiary, and affiliate entities) shall in no case be responsible for any damage or injury related to the following: Improper drilling; ball plugging; installation of inserts for finger and/or thumb holes; a bridge less than 1/4-inch between finger holes; a bridge weakened by insufficient lateral pitches; sharp edges around any drilled hole that have not been properly beveled or sanded; riser pin placement less than 1/2-inch distance to any hole; damage caused by pinsetters, ball returns, gutters, polishing machines, or other equipment; exposure to extreme temperatures (above 125°F or below 40°F); use of chemical products not manufactured by MOTIV®; bowler abuse or misuse; or any other similar or related instances or occurrences.
MOTIV® Bowling shall not be responsible or liable in any way for any drilling fees; shipping fees; parts incorporated into the ball such as slugs, grips, interchangeable inserts; or any problem or instance that is in any way caused by or related to abuse, misuse, intentional act, accident, or act of God that are not otherwise expressly covered elsewhere in this limited warranty. Travel expenses, league or competition eligibility, fees, and usage, loss of competition or tournament revenue or potential winnings are not recoverable, warranted, guaranteed, or covered under this limited warranty. Surface wear, minimal spider-web cracks around holes, lane damage, normal wear, excessive heating of the ball, and cover stock rejuvenation damage or any other similar or related damage are also not covered by this limited warranty. Ball performance, ball dynamics, and ball specifications, ruling body or organization approval, certification, compliance, or the like, and competition eligibility or legality are not guaranteed or warrantied after drilling.
Bowling balls bearing the mark “DEMO” or a serial number ending with the character “D” are not guaranteed or covered by this warranty.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
How do you get limited warranty service?
If you believe your ball may be defective and eligible for replacement or repair under this limited warranty, please return the ball to the place of original purchase with proper documentation to validate the original purchase and claim. (If the purchaser cannot clearly show that he or she is the original purchaser by such proper documentation, then such person shall not be eligible for the limited warranty coverage.) Additional Limitations on Warranty
No person or entity is authorized to make any other warranties, guarantees, representations, claims, statements, or the like of any kind or nature on behalf of MOTIV® Bowling. Except as expressly provided herein, there are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including (but not limited) to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, which extend beyond the explicit description of the limited warranty herein.
Any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose arising under state law are expressly limited in duration to the period of coverage provided by this limited warranty, unless the period provided by state law is less. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied limited warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
MOTIV® Bowling shall not be responsible or liable for (and expressly disclaims all responsibility and liability for) any loss, liability, damage (whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other similar damages), personal injury, or expense of any kind or nature whatsoever that may arise or result from, or be attributable or related in any way (directly or indirectly) to your access to or use of this product, including (without limitation) lost profits, loss of use, inconvenience, or liability arising from improper use, misuse, or abuse. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Your access to and/or use of this Product shall constitute your understanding and acceptance of the terms, conditions, guidelines, notices, and the like described in this limited warranty document. Any questions, issues, claims, or inquiries shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
Ebonite, Track, Columbia 300 and Hammer bowlingball Warranty
Ebonite bowling balls carry a warranty for one year from the date of purchase against defective workmanship and/or material when used for the purpose intended, under normal conditions and provided they receive proper care.
This limited warranty is voided if the ball has been plugged, has been used as a "House Ball," or has been otherwise abused. Damaged caused by improperly cared for lanes or pin setter damage is not covered.
Fitting and drilling are not covered under this "Limited Warranty," only fractures that interfere with ball performance will be considered under the warranty policy. The warranty will cover balls that have holes drilled (gripping or balance) that are 1" or further away from the locator pin. Holes (gripping or balance) that are closer than 1/2" from the mass bias mark will void the warranty.
All merchandise covered under this warranty shall be returned to the dealer where it was purchased if possible. The pro shop or original place of purchase will honor this limited warranty on behalf of Ebonite, Inc. upon presentation of the ball, the original dated sales receipt and a consultation with the manufacturer in determining the defect. Photos of the defect should be submitted, if possible.
The warranty does not cover incidental costs including, but not limited to, freight, fitting, re-drilling, tariffs or duties.
The warranty provided herein is in lieu of all other express warranties. Any implied warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness of particular purpose are limited in duration to the first year from the date of purchase. All other obligations or liabilities, including liability for consequential damages are hereby excluded.

Brunswick, DV8 and Radical bowlingball Warranty
1-Year Limited Bowling Ball Warranty
This ball has been manufactured to the highest standards of workmanship and material in the bowling industry. We warrant that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
Brunswick Bowling Products agrees to repair or replace this ball if at any time during the warranty period it is found to be defective in material or workmanship, and this shall constitute the purchaser’s sole and exclusive remedy under this Warranty.
Brunswick Bowling Products agrees to replace this ball if at any time during the warranty period it is found to be defective in material or workmanship. Brunswick Bowling Products shall in no case be responsible for any damage caused by the following:
- The effects of ball plugging or solid slug inserts.
- The width of the bridge between the finger holes, excluding finger grips, is less than 1/4 inch.
- The bridge has been weakened at the base by pitches which allow the finger holes to join at the bottom.
- Sharp edges around a finger, thumb, or extra hole that have not been properly rounded by moderate beveling or sanding.
- Distance between the edge of any hole and the riser pin and/or PSA locator pin is less than 1 inch.
- Warming the ball in excess of 125 degrees Fahrenheit or 51 degrees Celsius.
- Damages caused by automatic pinsetters, ball return systems, or gutters.
- Bowler misuse or abuse.
- Any 6 lb. and 8 lb. plastic ball or Viz-A-Ball used by an adult.
- Use as a house ball.
Balls that are used as house balls, other than 6 lb. and 8 lb. plastic balls or any Viz-A-Ball, will be warranted as provided herein, but for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase rather than one year.
In order to obtain warranty repair or replacement, the ball must be returned to the place of purchase. Contact your Brunswick Bowling Products bowling ball dealer or call the Brunswick Bowling Products Customer Service Department at 1-800-937-2695, option 2, then 1.
WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER THE COST OF FREIGHT, MEASURING OR DRILLING OF A REPLACEMENT BALL.
Any ball less than 12 pounds with adult bore is not covered by the warranty.
